Valerio Lepori

Valerio has been playing the trombone enthusiastically since he was eight years old. In winter 2016 he successfully completed the Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy with a minor in Composition at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in the field of Jazz under Nils Wogram, Andreas Tschopp, Ed Partyka and Dieter Ammann. His broad experience as a trombonist with numerous bands such as "Klischée", "Suma Covjek", "The Sheiks", "Breitbild", "Dabu Fantastic", "Soulmaniacs", "Rislane and The Lovers", "Boris Pilleri's Jammin'" and many more have made him a motivated and accomplished musician.
For about 6 years he has been teaching trombone on a private basis to adults and teenagers. In his own musical career he has learned that fun in music as well as his own personality on the instrument is the most important element of making music.
If you are interested in jazz, pop, blues, soul, improvisation and phrasing in a band, or just want to know what you can do with a trombone, you have come to the right place. In his varied lessons, the primary focus is on the goal of each individual student, with the intention of making each one an enthusiastic trombonist and accomplished musician. The lessons can also be held in English or Italian.
