Born in the south of Chile, he received his first guitar from his parents for Christmas at the age of six. Since that moment, the two have been inseparable. At the age of seventeen he studied guitar at the Conservatory of the city of Bern, then settled in Geneva and studied classical guitar for ten years at the ''Conservatoire Populaire de Musique Geneva'', graduating with a diploma.
He has collaborated with div. artists from Latin America, from Chile to Mexico, which has given him great experience in the most diverse musical genres of the rich Latin American music collection.
Cueca,Huaracha,Trote,Zamba argentina, Chamame,Milonga,Tango,Marinera,Huayno,Vals peruano, Festejo,Landó,Candombe,Joropo,Cumbia,San juanito, Merengue,Bolero,Cha-cha-chá,Rumba,Guaguancó,Danzón,
Bossa Nova,Choros,Guarania,Polka paraguaya, Corridos, Huapango, Ranchera etc. He played music with European artists:Neapolitan,Ticino-Swiss,French and Spanish folk music. He gave solo concerts with the repertoire of Latin American classical guitar in Chile and Europe. Tours in Europe with bands of different styles of popular music: Portugal,Spain,France,Italy,Germany,Holland,Sweden,Denmark,Norway,Switzerland.
He has also worked as a music producer on various CD projects and tours in Europe with young people.
His main activity has always been teaching, 36 years of teaching have given a solid experience of pedagogy for children, teenagers and adults.
