The "singing sound" of the violin made me want to study this instrument at the age of 7. Since that time I have been engaged in bringing together technique and musicality, and I would like to pass these experiences on to my students.
I started my long lasting studies in my hometown, Budapest (Hungary) at the Franz Liszt Music Academy. After my diploma I completed further studies in
Winterthur (soloist diploma) and then in Würzburg (master class diploma).
In addition to my diploma studies, I have attended numerous master and chamber music courses, which have been an enrichment for me and my vocation.
My first position was with the Philharmonic Orchestra in Antwerp (Belgium) as the principal 2nd violinist. For 15 years now I have been playing in the Zurich Opera House (1st violin).
When teaching, spontaneity and flexibility are very important to me. Depending on the personality and character of the students, an individual and tailored approach is needed.
A "singing tone" and the coordination between body, mind and soul; for me as a violin teacher, this is the most important and most beautiful task, which I would like to convey in a playful way in my lessons. Personal musical wishes are welcome!
Music has something indescribable and immortal about it, which cannot always be put into words. A special journey for everyone
