David Cabral started his music career at the age of seven. His first instrument was the clarinet. He started to play the saxophone at the age of 11, at 15 he attended the free music university "Tom Jobim" in Saõ Paulo.
At the age of 18 he studied at the Dr. Carlos Campos Conservatory of Music in Tatui, SP, which is one of the best music conservatories in Latin America. There he also studied piano, harmony, improvisation of different musical styles such as: jazz, pop, Brazilian and Latin American music.
In 2009 he produced his first CD "Sopros e Poesias", which was awarded as best instrumental album for talents in Saõ Paulo - BR. In 2010 he recorded his first DVD live and started to travel Europe. Today his collection includes 4 CD'S and one DVD.
David Cabral holds the endorsement contract of Vermont, Paris, which is only given to the most important musician of this kind in Brazil.
As a musician, he has also co-produced hundreds of CD recordings and dozens of DVDs, as a music producer or arranger.
Today he lives with his family in Switzerland, where he works with various music groups. He gives music lessons on the following instruments: saxophone, clarinet, piano, guitar, band workshops. He also gives singing lessons and music theory.
